Getting started is easy.

We run Foundation classes as needed to introduce newcomers to CrossFit. Foundations is a 3 class series, at a convenient time of your choosing, that covers the basics of CrossFit. You’ll practice perfect form on the movements that make up our workouts, learn how to scale movements appropriately to your own level, and start ramping up your fitness with a CrossFit workout at the end of each class.

We require all of our members to complete the Foundations Workshop (except those who can demonstrate that they have completed a similar program and/or have significant CrossFit experience at another CrossFit affiliate), so that they can safely, effectively, and confidently head into our Workout of the Day (“WOD”) classes.

Foundation classes are limited in size to ensure that our coaches can provide the highest level of individual instruction throughout.
